Due to the Covid-19 situation, O Marisquiño is working towards a safe edition in 2021.

GENERAL PUBLIC ACCESS

General information

O Marisquiño 2021 venue will be limited to three fenced areas preventing the view from the outside. Controlled public access will be limited to Saturday and Sunday (7th and 8th of August). On Friday the 6th of August, competitions will be closed to the audience.

Schedule:

- Friday, 6th of August: Mornings: 10h to 15h. Afternoon: 15:30h to 22h.

- Saturday and Sunday: Mornings: 10h to 15h. Afternoon: 16h to 22h.

Locations:

Transatlantic Pier: Skate World Contest

Náutico Spot: World Bmx Contest

Plaza de la Estrella: 3x3 World Basketball Event and Break Dance Championship.

Tickets

Tickets for attendance will be available online soon. Access to any of the three areas will not be allowed without ticket. A QR code will grant access to one area for a timeslot either in the morning or the afternoon.

Entry QR codes will be different for each area. Tickets will be individual, nominal, numbered and non-transferable. ID Card will be required to be shown at the entrance of any area for identification purposes. ID details should match the ticket details. Every attendee will have an assigned seat indicated on their ticket.

Attendees should choose area, day and time slot (morning or afternoon) for their visit. Please note that access is allowed only one ticket per area: Skate, BMX, Basketball and Break Dance.

Information on how to get tickets for O Marisquiño 2021 will be announced shortly.

Use of mask: use of face masks is mandatory within venues, except in specific spots of the catering area.

Social distancing: spaces and access control, people flow and capacities designed to ensure social distancing between people.

Sanitizing stations: deployment of hand sanitizing stations with hydroalcoholic gel dispensers throughout the venue.

You will not be able to stand anywhere in the areas but sit in the bleacher.

Mobility will only be allowed for entrance and exit, visiting the catering area and to go to the bathrooms.

Eating, drinking or smoking will not be allowed in the seat assigned in the bleacher, only in the catering area enabled for such use.

For cohabiting groups, a maximum of 4 tickets can be purchased and the contact, name and telephone number of each person who acquires more than one ticket will be requested to obtain the traceability of the public. It must be proven that they are cohabiting. These data will be collected, kept and processed in accordance with the legislation on data protection and only for the purpose described and for a maximum period of one month.

Without a ticket, you will not be able to access any OM21 space.

WORKSHOP PARTICIPATING ACCESS

O Marisquiño offers workshops for children from 6 to 16 years old in the modality of Skate, Bmx, 3x3 Basketball and Break Dance. All workshops are free.

O Marisquiño workshops will be held on Friday August 6 exclusively and will have limited capacity.

To attend a workshop will be necessary to register in advance through the website for each of the disciplines: Skate, Bmx, 3x3 Basketball and Break Dance.

Registration will grant an access bracelet upon arrival to the event space where each workshop takes place. Arrival should be on time according workshop schedule. The bracelet will not give access to anywhere on Saturday and Sunday to any of the competition areas.

Access will only be allowed to a maximum of two companions for each under-aged workshop participant. The companions may stay in an assigned seat in the stands or pick up the kid at the scheduled end of the workshop. Eating, drinking or smoking will not be allowed in the seat assigned in the stands, only in the rest area enabled for such use.

INFORMATION FOR RIDERS, COMPETITORS, JUDGES AND OTHER PARTICIPANTS IN THE 2021 EDITION OF MARISQUIÑO COMING FROM A DIFFERENT COUNTRY OF SPAIN

If you are going to attend any of the competitions scheduled at the O Marisquiño 2021 event, you must pay attention to the following information:

Due to the Covid-19 pandemic, the Spanish government established a series of measures and restrictions for travelers from abroad. These measures or restrictions may be in force at the time you enter Spain to participate in the O Marisquiño 2021 competitions.

Failure to comply with the entry requirements in Spain may lead to the denial of entry into the country and, therefore, you won't be able to participate in the festival.

REMEMBER that measures and restrictions to enter Spain due to Covid-19 are added to the general entry requirements (i.e. visa) depending on your country of origin.

Therefore, from O Marisquiño we want you be aware of this situation and strongly recommend to read carefully the following information:

A.- ENTERING SPAIN VIA EXTERNAL AIRPORT BORDER.

B.- ENTRY INTO SCHENGEN TERRITORY VIA EXTERNAL AIRPORT BORDER OF PORTUGAL

If you attend O Marisquiño 2021 and your flight arrives in Portugal, in order to continue travelling by land to Spain, you would be subject to the entry and / or transit conditions of the Republic of Portugal. In addition, there may be additional controls at the land border between Portugal and Spain, both on entry and exit.

Important note: as of July 5, 2021 there are no restrictions on the border between Portugal and Spain, however, in addition to the entry requirements in Portugal, it is necessary to cover the FCS.

C.- ENTRY INTO SPAIN VIA LAND BORDERS

  • General information: there are no specific restrictions on the border between Spain and France as of July 6, 2021. At any case, different requirements apply to citizens of the European Union and other beneficiary states of the right of free movement regarding of citizens of third countries.

CIRCULATION WITHIN THE TERRITORY OF SPAIN

There are no current restrictions to circulate within the territory of the Kingdom of Spain, between its autonomous communities. Without prejudice to this, the Autonomous Community of Galicia requires the mandatory registration of travelers who travel to Galicia.
