#OMTOPSHOTS 2025: Pierre-Antoine Lalaude
Pierre-Antoine Lalaude is one of those photographers who shoots with surgical precision. Based in Pau (France), he has spent nearly two decades with a camera around his neck and a trained eye in the skate world. He has published in outlets such as Thrasher, Pocket, Confusion, and Sugar, and has worked for events like Street League Skateboarding. In this edition of Marisquiño, his debut, he has shown why.
“My way of working is simple: I seek to be true to the scene, paying special attention to detail and sharpness,” he told us. And he has succeeded. This is his selection of highlights, 10 powerful images that capture the atmosphere, the level, and the energy of #OM25.
As is customary in this series of content, we have also asked you to tell us a couple of stories about your photos in #OM25. First, he highlighted this fly out at sunset by Hugo Dubief during the training session: “I loved the atmosphere of the spot, the location is amazing.”
On the other hand, it talks about this frontside boardslide by Diane Lamy, captured in the full colors of summer. "I really like how it frames and the light it has. Also, kudos to the organization for maintaining its values and showing support for Gaza in such a delicate time as this summer has been."
